Here's a list of my current responsibilities at StatRad:
- Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk including 24/7 on call coverage, as required.
- Resolve application incidents, maintenance items, and enhancement requests.
- Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use.
- Coordinate application support with other information technology teams including Infrastructure, Development, and Client Operations.
- Modify tables/master files, make additions and changes related to complex software upgrade initiatives and enhancements to workflows including the design, build, and test phases, under the direction of senior team members.
- Take ownership of low to medium complexity issues and act as a liaison between customer and other support staff to facilitate resolution.
- Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with the department's policies and procedures.
- Become fully knowledgeable with company’s proprietary software & hardware platforms.

In Hackensack Meridian Health, I worked mostly with the radiology department at their Edison location (formerly JFK University Medical Center) and its affiliated free-standing radiology imaging centers in Old Bridge and Toms River, NJ.
Here's a list of my responsibilities when I worked there:
- Perform system installation, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks associated with ongoing maintenance and enhancement of information systems while ensuring stable performance of the computing environment.
- Document and maintain IT procedures and create user manuals to improve efficiency of resolving problems.
- Provide on-site and remote end-user technical support on all new and existing machines and technologies and train users on technology that has been installed at the company's IT assets.
- Document, track and monitor problems and requests to ensure a timely resolution.
- Research, evaluate, recommend, test and implement relevant technologies to enhance and improve system performance and reliability.
- Regularly communicate with management and all levels of the organization to identify needs, evaluate solutions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
